Ladies bicycle ETK Eteka, 1940

Made in ETK Metal Factory in Tallinn, Estonia, in 1940. Frame no 7344.

While ETK Original was the so-called deluxe model of the factory, Eteka was cheaper model with the following differences from Original:

• Original had Torpedo freewheel hub, Eteka had NSU freewheel hub.
• Nickeled decorative cap of the front fork head was deep in Original and much shallower in Eteka.
• Eteka had thinner galvanic elements.
• Original had lateral extensions in the bottom front mudguard, Eteka did not.
• Saddle of Original had soft upholstery, Eteka had hard saddle.

Most of the original paint and galvanics has preserved.
