Gents' bicycle Excelsior, 1926.a.

 Bicycle is made in Estonia using british parts (and sold probably here in these times as a british bicycle). This was a typical custom in Estonia duting 1920s and early 1930s. Frame serial no 5196.

High frame, 28" wheels with rims for beaded edges. Freewheel hub is british-made Perry (a copy of German Torpedo). Original John Bull tyres (beaded edges).

Nickel-plated mudguards and rims with a wide decorative green stripe.

The bicycle was originally used in Tallinn and preserved in its original shape (paint, galvanised parts, stripes etc). Restored partially in 2002.
