Bicycle is made of details that were available during the difficult times of the war. Rear freewheel hub is Centrix (previously a regular Torpedo was used), frame has internal sleeves, front wheel has 32 spokes. The bike has characteristic features from both Saar factory (wide blue stripe on the rims/mudguards) and ARE factory (frame number). It is notable that in addition to western frame label "Dollar", the bike was also equipped with the Soviet five-pointed red star emblem in front.

The bike is underused, has original paint and galvanics, and original Põhjala tyres which were made in Tallinn (Estonia).
